Delete your account

You can delete your Koleksi account and personal data at any time. Here's exactly what happens and how to request it.

Fastest way — in the app

Deleting from the app is instant and recommended.

Open Settings
Go to the Profile tab and tap the settings icon.
Account & security
Open Account, then scroll to Delete account.
Confirm
Review what's removed and confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

What gets deleted

Your profile, username, and login credentials
Your vault — every item, photo, collection and note
Your posts, comments, offers and messages
Followers, following and saved items
Subscription preferences and in-app settings

What may be retained briefly

Limited records required for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention purposes may be kept for up to 90 days, then permanently erased. Active subscriptions are billed by your app store — cancel there separately to stop renewals.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Want a copy first? Export your data from Settings → Account before deleting.
